A bit of a salty side

Oyster Holler began December 2024 by Spencer and Sara Clanin. We love the Cumberland Plateau, and we have a bit of a salty side. Our trips to the coast to satisfy our shellfish cravings can't be frequent enough.

As a private buying club, we source oysters directly from farmers across American coastlines. This direct-to-consumer approach lets us source unique, fine quality shellfish at affordable pricing.

Oyster Holler provides small social events, education, and expands merroir culture in the Chattanooga area. Spencer is a Certified Oyster Specialist through the Oyster Master Guild, and is currently an Oyster Sommelier in training. We look forward to shucking with you.
