About us

A bit of a salty side

Oyster Holler began December 2024 by Spencer and Sara Clanin. We love the Cumberland Plateau, and we have a bit of a salty side. Our trips to the coast to satisfy our shellfish cravings can't be frequent enough.

As a private buying club, we source oysters directly from farmers across American coastlines. This direct-to-consumer approach lets us source unique, fine quality shellfish at affordable pricing.

Oyster Holler provides small social events, education, and expands merroir culture in the Chattanooga area. Spencer is a Certified Oyster Specialist through the Oyster Master Guild, and is currently an Oyster Sommelier in training. We look forward to shucking with you.

Lets get together and shuck! Come grab your oysters and grab a beer! This is a great opportunity to learn how to shuck if you want to learn, and meet others who love oysters too! We will bring oysters knives, towels, and lemons.
